Tiap hari aku jalani latihan bola pagi dan petang, kekadang rase ped up jer ngan training yg coaching2 buat, hari2 kne buat mende yang same, klau xjoging, kne buat fitness...
Tapi nak buat camne, sume nie tok diri sendiri jugak, klau xder latihan, camne nak fit... beberape bulan sebelum nie, xder plak latihan yg cam nie, berat seyy....kekadang rase cam dah xsggop jer nak buat.... rase cam nak quit jer...
Tpi bile dengar head coach citer psal zaman kegemilangan die dlu, rase berkobar plak nak buat, rase cam nak jadi cam die plak... tpi dah time nak buat, rase cam nak mati jer,,,.
Sepoloh hari yg lalu, bermula nyer latihan yg berat dah fizikal.. cam2 dah kitorang buat, sit up, push up, jump squad n memacam lagi lar....
hari demi hari berlalu, n skang bermula plak level 2 in our training which is more heavy then usuall. if slalu kne jog 5-6 km per day, n now is more far then that.. It'll increases to 10-15 km per day, but its nothing if i didn't have any problem...hehehehe. i hope that.. isha Allah...
